Our Vines

Discover unique flavors, where our vines produce exceptional wines with distinct aromas and rich profiles.

Opportunity

One of our two Arkansas vines, we are looking forward to some great juice in years to come. Wine from Opportunity grapes is noted for distinct fruit flavors, honey aroma, and a light gold color. The wines had spice-like ‘Semillon’ and bouquet of ‘Cayuga White’. We are looking forward to an award winning bottle!

Enchantment

One of our Arkansas vines, we are looking forward to some great juice from these dark grapes. Industry reviews point towards a deep, dark color with a 'cherry-like' aroma. These grapes produce a 'Petit Syrah' color and mouthfeel. We can expect to see some blush to dry wines and even maybe some oak aging.

Golden Muscat

An older Cornell release, Golden Muscat was first promoted as a table grape. It produces very large, well-filled clusters of large, oval, amber-colored berries. When fully ripe the flavor is rich, when not fully ripe, Golden Muscat has a tangy, citrus-like flavor.

Concord

The most widely used grape in the U.S. Large blue fruit, very vigorous, heavy producer, great for juice, jelly, and pies. Not seen in East Texas but we are going to see what we can get for picking and juice. Pick these in September for the best flavor.

Niagara

Large and juicy, Niagara grapes are a staple for making white grape juice and are well suited for fresh eating and jelly. The vines produce bunches of greenish-white grapes with a sweet and tangy flavor that ripen in late August to early September.

St Vincent

Named after the patron saint of Cote d'Or in the Burgundy region of France, St. Vincent can make wine similar to an Italian chianti with cherry and citrus flavors and a long and complex aftertaste. St. Vincent can also make an excellent sparkling rosé.
